Your Practice Deserves a Revenue Strategy. Not Just a Billing Company.

Most practices have someone submitting claims. Very few have someone systematically identifying every dollar of revenue opportunity across billing, collections, underpayments, denials, fee schedules, and payer contracts — and building a plan to capture it.

The Revenue Recovery Blueprint is Practice With Ease’s engagement model for practices ready to treat revenue as a strategic priority — not a back-office function.

A structured, 12-month revenue partnership. Not a contract that renews itself quietly. A working relationship built on measurable results.

The Problem With Most Billing Relationships

Your billing company submits claims. They report on what was billed and what was collected. They appeal some denials. At the end of the month, you get a report.

What you don’t get: a strategic view of your revenue. Someone who analyzes your payer mix and tells you which contracts to renegotiate. Someone who audits your fee schedule against UCR and tells you you’re billing below market. Someone who identifies the IDR opportunity sitting in your OON claims. Someone who benchmarks your practice’s financial performance against specialty-specific standards and tells you where you’re underperforming.

The Revenue Recovery Blueprint is what that relationship looks like.

What a Reactive Revenue Cycle Costs You Every Year

For a practice billing $3M annually, these leaks combined can represent $300,000–$600,000 in unrecovered revenue every year. A Revenue Recovery Blueprint is built to find and close every one of those gaps systematically.

The Revenue Recovery Blueprint

A 12-month structured engagement where Practice With Ease acts as your revenue strategy partner — not just your billing vendor.

We start with a comprehensive assessment of your entire revenue cycle. We build a prioritized recovery plan. We execute against it, report on progress monthly, and adjust based on what the data shows.

You don’t manage us. We manage the revenue cycle. You review the results.

Across orthopedics, plastic surgery, anesthesia, interventional radiology, emergency medicine, and multi-specialty practices. We know what a high-performing revenue cycle looks like for your specialty — and we know what it takes to build one.

We've been doing this for 19 years

In-network contract violations. OON underpayments. IDR arbitration. We don't accept underpayments as a cost of doing business.

We dispute at every level

Every monthly report shows billed, collected, denied, appealed, recovered — by payer, by CPT code, by provider. No black boxes. No vague summaries.

We report with specificity

For recovery work, you pay us when you get paid. Our incentives are aligned with yours.

We work on contingency where it matters

We are a revenue strategy firm. The distinction matters. We approach your revenue cycle as a consulting engagement, not a submission process.

We are not a billing clearinghouse

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a contract? What are the terms?

The Blueprint engagement is typically structured as a 12-month partnership with a 90-day out after the first quarter if expectations aren’t being met. We’re not interested in retaining clients who aren’t seeing results. We’ll discuss specific terms during your strategy call.

Not necessarily. Some practices engage us for specific recovery and strategy work alongside their existing billing setup. Others bring us in as their primary billing partner. We’ll assess what makes the most sense for your situation during the strategy call.

Recovery work is contingency-based — you pay when you get paid. Ongoing billing services are priced as a percentage of collections. The Blueprint structure is discussed individually based on your practice’s size, specialty, and scope. No generic pricing — because the right engagement looks different for every practice.

AR recovery and denial rework typically produce results within 30–60 days. IDR disputes resolve within 30–60 days under federal guidelines. Fee schedule and systemic improvements show results over 90–180 days. You’ll see specific activity and dollar amounts in your first monthly report.

Specialty practices billing over $1M annually with meaningful OON exposure typically see the strongest ROI on this engagement. That said, any practice losing revenue to denials, aging AR, or underpayments benefits from the Blueprint framework — regardless of billing volume.

A standard billing company manages the submission and follow-up process. Practice With Ease builds and manages a revenue strategy. The difference is the level of analysis, the specificity of the plan, the proactiveness of recovery, and the transparency of reporting. Most practices have never had that kind of engagement with a billing partner.

To begin the Blueprint assessment, we need: 12 months of billing reports, an AR aging report, a payer mix summary, and your current denial data. We’ll guide you through pulling each of these from your PM system.

Most billing companies operate the same way. Submit, follow up, report. The Blueprint is built around a fundamentally different model — one where we’re accountable for revenue outcomes, not just billing activity. We’d encourage you to have the strategy call and judge the difference for yourself.
